Cal Harris, the Tioga County man facing his third murder trial for the presumed death of his wife, is now accused of harrassing a local college student.

A local student claims Harris threatened him outside the Tioga County office building earlier this month.

According to the complaint, the student was in an American history class on March 5, when he mentioned he thought Harris would "get off" in his case during a discussion about a different murder case.

At that point, a woman in the back of the classroom said Harris was her father.

The student said when he left class just before 6 p.m., Cal Harris confronted him in the parking lot.

According to the student's account, Harris shouted profanities and threatened him, saying he would "get him."

The student also claims Harris brushed up against him and pointed fingers in his face in an attempt to start a fight.

He told police he felt his safety had been threatened.

A harassment report was completed and police have spoken with the district attorney to make him aware of the incident.
