A Metro Transportation Authority conductor accused of punching a passenger on a subway in Queens in January pled guilty to assault Thursday.

Investigators said Thomas Christopher hit 18-year-old Zaid al-Doori after arguing with the teen for having his feet on a seat in an R train near the 36th Street station in Long Island City.

Under the deal, Christopher will have to attend 12 weeks of anger management classes.

He could also face disciplinary charges from the MTA.

It is unknown if he'll be able to keep his job.
