The Magnolia Bakery in the West Village is open again after being shut down for a day by the city Department Of Health for evidence of a mouse infestation.

The popular cupcake shop reopened with a limited menu at 5:30 p.m. Saturday.

The store was shut down Friday for violations including evidence of mouse droppings.

Magnolia's spokeswoman says all of its New York City stores have gotten "A" ratings from health officials and that cleanliness is a priority.

She blames Hurricane Sandy for any mice, saying the rodents appeared shortly after parts of the neighborhood were flooded during the storm.
