A Queens woman whose apartment was damaged by Hurricane Sandy said she's still fighting to get repairs done.

Khaleeda Khan successfully fought an eviction notice from her landlord in court Wednesday, but she said her family hasn't even been in their home because of water damage to their ceiling. They've been living in FEMA-provided temporary housing.

Khan said the building's landlord has not paid for any repairs to the home since she moved in last April.

Another tenant, Natasha Francis, lived on the floor above Khan, but is now staying with a friend because her ceiling collapsed during Hurricane Sandy.

Francis said her lease ended in November and she will not being moving back, even if the proper repairs are made.

Khan said she's looking into legal action to force the landlord to pay for repairs or buy out her lease, which runs through April 2014, if she is forced to move.
