Two men were awaiting arraignment Saturday in connection with last weekend's drive-by shooting in Brooklyn.

Lawand Tinsley, 19, and Michael Jones, 19, are each charged with six counts of attempted murder, assault, and criminal weapons possession.

Six people were hurt Sunday after police say several people opened fire on a corner in Brownsville.

Investigators say the shooting was gang-related.

Two youngsters were among those shot, including Ariyanna Prince, 2, and Kentrell Simpson, 13.

Community leaders gathered outside the 73rd precinct Friday to applaud the teamwork of police and neighborhood residents.

"People are now picking up the phone and making the call to say enough is enough. We want guns off the streets. So, forget about the snitching component. We're telling because we could be the next victims of violence in our community," said Tony Herbert of Advocates Without Borders.

All of the shooting victims are out of the hospital.
