The Cyclone roller coaster in Coney Island celebrated 85 years of thrills Saturday with a special offer.

Riders paid just 25 cents a ride for an 85-minute stretch, starting at noon.

That was the price charged back in 1927 when the coaster first opened.

There was also a concert at Coney Island Saturday, along with contests and promotions.
