A Brooklyn minister is recovering after he was shot outside his Bedford-Stuyvesant home on Monday morning.

Francis Gabriel, 56, went to move his car near 429 Quincy Street when shots rang out, according to his wife.

Sources tell NY1 someone tried to rob Gabriel and ended up shooting him in the arm.

Gabriel was taken to Kings County Hospital for treatment.

By Monday evening there were no arrests made.
