A second suspect is in custody in connection with a shooting that injured two people including a 12-year-old boy inside a Brooklyn shoe store earlier this week.
Sources say the man turned himself in Tuesday night but has not been officially charged.
Police had been looking for Gerald Spears, 23.
The 12-year-old and a 34-year-old man were both wounded when shots rang out Monday night at the Rugged Sole located at 298 Utica Avenue in Crown Heights.
It's believed they were not the intended targets.
Kenneth Meeks, 45, who sources say is a store employee, was arrested after a gun was found in his possession.
He was charged with assault and reckless endangerment.
