For the second time in less than two weeks, a carriage horse has collapsed on a Manhattan street.

A video included in the clip above was taken by a woman who saw the horse slump over near 60th Street and Broadway Friday night.

According to a spokesperson from the Department of Health, the horse owner said that the horse tripped but is okay. DOH officials will provide more details as they become available.

In a statement, ASPCA spokesperson said the horse was suspended pending a veterinary exam and won't return to work until the exam is completed.

A carriage horse named Charlie collapsed and died near Central Park last month.

No cause of death was released, but a necropsy showed the horse suffered from ulcers and a fractured tooth.

Animal rights advocates are urging the City Council to pass a law that would ban horse-drawn carriages.
