One Man Killed, Another Injured In Brooklyn Park Shooting

Police were investigating a double shooting in Coney Island, Brooklyn that killed a man and wounded another late Saturday.
Investigators said 25-year-old Shamar Watts suffered a gunshot wound to his upper torso and a 19-year-old man was shot in the legs in Leon Kaiser Park on West 29th Street and Neptune Avenue just before 11:30 p.m. Saturday.
Watts was taken to Coney Island Hospital and pronounced dead.
The younger man was taken to Lutheran Medical Center, where he is listed in stable condition.
By Sunday evening, no arrests had been made.
