A Brooklyn assistant district attorney is reportedly in hot water for allegations of excessive verbal abuse toward interns.
The New York Daily News is reporting Ama Dwimoh, 46, was suspended for two weeks after the interns took their complaints straight to Brooklyn District Attorney Charles Hynes.
The interns claim Dwimoh was constantly screaming and threatening to fire them.
Dwimoh leads the bureau that prosecutes crimes against children, including the notorious Nixzmary Brown murder case.
Dwimoh is expected back at work on Monday, even as the inquiry into her behavior moves forward.
