Police have released a photo of the man they believe shot three people including a five-year-old girl Sunday outside a Bedford-Stuyvesant home.
Adam Bilal, 24, is suspected of shooting Syniah Herndon in the leg.
Two other men were also hurt.
Police sources say they believe the two men were the intended targets and the child was caught in the crossfire.
Authorities say none of the injuries were life-threatening.
