There are still no arrests in connection with a deadly shooting in the Clinton Hill, Brooklyn.
Police say Moses Harrell was gunned down during a dispute with another man at his home on Vanderbilt Avenue.
"I'm really in shock. That's my only brother. That's my little brother," said Deborah Burton, Harrell's sister. "I raised my brother with my mom. And I don't know what I'm going to do."
Harrell's sister says she believes the fight may have started over parking behind his home.
She asks the shooter to turn himself in.
