Three members of a family were among 10 people hospitalized after a car jumped a curb and slammed into a bus shelter in the East Flatbush section of Brooklyn on Saturday night.

The driver of the car told police that at 7 p.m. Saturday a car stopped short in front of her at Utica and Church Avenues, forcing her to swerve and crash into the bus shelter.

A 3-year-old boy and his mother and grandmother were hospitalized, but by Sunday there were all in stable condition.

The driver and her passenger were hospitalized with neck and back injuries.

Five others were taken to the hospital with minor injuries.

No charges were expected to be filed against the driver. ClientIP:, UserAgent: CCBot/2.0 ( Profile: TWCSAMLSP
