Police are asking for the public's help finding the man they say robbed and sexually assaulted a woman in Brooklyn over the weekend.

Investigators say it happened early Sunday morning as she exited the Lorimer Street "L" subway station.

Police say as she walked up the stairs, the man sexually assaulted her and took her cell phone.

He is described as being in his 30s, approximately 5'9" tall and weighing 180 to 190 pounds.

Anyone with information on the case should contact the Crime Stoppers hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS, or text CRIMES and then enter TIP577, or visit www.nypdcrimestoppers.com.
