There was still no court decision Wednesday over disputed ballots in the special State Senate election in Brooklyn between Lew Fidler and David Storobin.

It has been three weeks after the special election was held, but no decision was made about 337 absentee or affidavit ballots that are in dispute.

Right now, the Republican Storobin leads Fidler, a Democrat, by just two votes.

A new judge was assigned to the case and the feuding campaigns will return to court next Thursday. ClientIP:, UserAgent: CCBot/2.0 ( Profile: TWCSAMLSP
