Police say a man arrested for jumping the turnstile at the 14th street PATH train station this morning was also carrying a loaded gun with hollow-point bullets.
According to the Port Authority, two officers noticed something in the waistband of Rubin Sanabria, 36, when they saw him bypass the turnstile at around 4:30 a.m.
Officials say he tried to run but the officers were able to grab him.
The recovered gun was a 40-caliber Smith and Wesson.
Sanabria faces charges including possession of a weapon and resisting arrest.
